Replyloop follows Meta's messaging rules, and so does this page. Something else on your mind? Contact us.

Replies to comments. When someone comments a keyword you chose on your Instagram post or reel, Replyloop sends them a direct message, usually with your link. Pro adds story replies, Live comments, direct messages and post shares as triggers.

You set a keyword and a message. A matching comment lets Replyloop send that person one private reply, up to 7 days after the comment. Anything more, such as a follow-up, needs them to reply first, and then has to go out within 24 hours of their reply.

These are Meta's rules, not ours. There is no way, with Replyloop or any legitimate tool, to message people who have not interacted with you first.

A Professional account, which means Business or Creator. Both are free to switch to in the Instagram app under Settings, Account type. Personal accounts cannot use the API.

You connect through Meta's own login. Replyloop never sees your password, and you can revoke access from Instagram at any time. Replyloop is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.
