Billing questions
Which payment methods work?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, all through Razorpay. Everything is charged in rupees, so there is no forex markup on your card.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Razorpay emails a receipt for every payment. For a GST invoice, add your GSTIN in Settings and email us; we send it within two working days.
Can I pay yearly?
Not yet. Monthly only for now; yearly is coming.
What if I cancel mid-month?
You keep Pro until the period you already paid for ends, then drop to Free automatically. Your automations stay saved either way.
