Straight answers.

Replies to comments. When someone comments a keyword you chose on your Instagram post or reel, Talkspike sends them a direct message, usually with your link. Pro adds story replies, Live comments, direct messages and post shares as triggers.

You set a keyword and a message. A matching comment lets Talkspike send that person one private reply, up to 7 days after the comment. Anything more, such as a follow-up, needs them to reply first, and then has to go out within 24 hours of their reply.

These are Meta's rules, not ours. There is no way, with Talkspike or any legitimate tool, to message people who have not interacted with you first.

A Professional account, which means Business or Creator. Both are free to switch to in the Instagram app under Settings, Account type. Personal accounts cannot use the API.

You connect through Meta's own login. Talkspike never sees your password, and you can revoke access from Instagram at any time. Talkspike is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

When you reach the monthly limit, automations pause until the month resets. You get an email at 80%, and upgrading to Pro removes the cap.
