What it cannot do
Every tool in this category has the same four limits, because they come from Instagram, not from us. Most sites hide them. Here they are.
One reply per comment, then they reply first
A comment lets us send one private reply, within 7 days, or only while you are live for a Live comment. Anything after that needs them to reply, and must go out within 24 hours of their reply. No tool can get around this. It is why follow-ups only go to people who answer your DM, and why their delays cap at 23 hours.
We cannot message strangers
There is no way through the API to reach someone who has not commented on your post or messaged you first. If a tool offers cold DM blasting, it is either lying or breaking Meta's rules with your account.
Post and reel replies cap at 750 an hour
Meta allows 750 private replies per hour per account. If a reel goes viral past that, we queue the rest and send them as the limit frees up rather than dropping them.
Your account must be Professional
Business or Creator, both free to switch to in the Instagram app. Personal accounts have no API access at all, so no tool can work with them.
