Terms of service

By using Replyloop you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for that business.

You must be at least 18, hold an Instagram Professional account, and be the owner of, or authorised to manage, every account you connect. Connecting an account you do not have permission to manage is a breach of these terms and we will close your account for it.

You write the messages. You are responsible for their content and for complying with Instagram's Platform Policy and Community Guidelines, Indian law, and any marketing or consumer-protection rules that apply to you. You must not use Replyloop to send spam, deceive people about who they are talking to, impersonate anyone, or promote anything illegal.

We may suspend an account that appears to be breaking these rules, because Meta can withdraw our API access for what our users do.

We will run your automations as reliably as we reasonably can. We cannot promise every DM will be delivered: Instagram's API has rate limits, messaging windows and outages we do not control, and Meta can change or withdraw access at any time. Replyloop is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those Indian law does not allow us to exclude.

Replyloop is an independent product. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or operated by Instagram or Meta Platforms. We use their official public API under their developer terms.

Pro is billed monthly or annually in advance in Indian rupees through Razorpay. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email; a change never affects a period you have already paid for. Failed payments pause Pro features until payment succeeds.

You can cancel from the Billing page at any time and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. You can delete your account entirely from Settings. We may close an account that breaches these terms, and will refund any unused paid period if we do so for a reason other than abuse.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost followers, or action taken against your Instagram account by Meta.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
