Data deletion

In the Instagram app, open Settings, then Apps and websites, find Replyloop and remove it. Instagram tells us, and we delete everything we hold for that Instagram account straight away: its access token, automations, the comments and messages we received, delivery records and any email addresses captured through it. Instagram shows you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Signed in to Replyloop, go to Settings. Disconnect stops all DMs and deletes the access token at once; the rest of that account's data is erased 30 days later unless you reconnect. Delete account cancels any subscription, signs you out and erases everything within 30 days.

Email grrowwithcreative@gmail.com from the address on your account, or tell us the Instagram username, and we will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Payment invoices are kept by Razorpay for as long as Indian tax law requires.
